You’ll work closely with Internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to develop data-led initiatives that ensure our customers continue to enjoy the benefits of choosing Calor. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead retention activities to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty.

Analyse customer behaviours, preferences, and data to inform targeted campaigns.

Design and implement retention and loyalty programmes aligned with business objectives.

Monitor and report on retention metrics, adjusting strategies to optimise outcomes.

Proactively resolve customer issues, delivering high-quality support and care.

Contribute to customer communication strategies, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Support the Tank Transfer Team during peak periods and market transitions.

Travel occasionally to Calor sites to build relationships and deepen customer insights.
What We’re Looking For

Customer-facing experience is highly desirable.

Experience in internal sales or customer service, with strong CRM system knowledge.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to remain resilient and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
