Location: Coryton
Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 (Dependent on experience)

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in logistics or transport planning.
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the daily delivery plan — from scheduling to reconciliation.
- Responding quickly to real-time challenges (vehicle issues, emergencies, last-minute customer needs).
- Communicating clearly with Customer Service, Distribution, and Planning teams.
- Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback and reviews.
- Supporting site initiatives including safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
- Control of KPI’s through tiered accountability meetings
