12 month fixed term contract, Full-time
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on experience)

Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience in logistics or transport planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Owning the daily delivery plan — from scheduling to reconciliation.

Responding quickly to real-time challenges (vehicle issues, emergencies, last-minute customer needs).

Communicating clearly with Customer Service, Distribution, and Planning teams.

Acting as site lead in the absence of the Transport Controller.

Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback and reviews.

Supporting site initiatives including safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
