About the Role:
The Sales Support Agent role is an entry-level position designed to give you a strong foundation in the business. You don’t need to be an expert—just bring the right mindset, and we’ll provide the training, support, and guidance to set you up for success.
In this role, you’ll gain insight into how a business operates, working closely with teams across sales, procurement, engineering, and customer service. It’s the perfect opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the commercial sales teams by booking appointments for contract renegotiations and new installations
- Providing customer information and insights to help sales teams follow up on leads
- Handling customer queries, offering excellent service and solutions
- Processing purchase orders
- Acting as a central ordering point for national cylinder customers
- Managing contracts, setting up accounts, and sending customer quotes
- Using Salesforce (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) to manage leads and support marketing campaigns
- Organising diaries, appointments, and communications for the sales team
Key Skills & Requirements:
- A great attitude – we can teach the skills, but you need the drive to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with MS Office (Salesforce or CRM knowledge is a bonus!)
