We're looking for a Regional Driver Trainer to support and develop qualified LGV drivers across our South East region. • A qualified LGV driver (minimum CAT C) with a strong track record in training and development.

  • A confident presenter and communicator with excellent people skills.

  • Someone who thrives independently, prioritising effectively across multiple locations.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint for training delivery.

  • A safety-first mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • Based within commuting distance to one of our sites in the South East.

What’s in it for you?

  • Company car for business use
