Location: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days per week at Head Office, Tachbrook Park, Warwick
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company car OR Cash allowance
Department: Transformation
Reports to: Head of Commercial Process Excellence

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Transformation PMO Lead to establish and operate a Project Management Office (PMO) that underpins Calor’s Elevate transformation programme.

This is a pivotal role in ensuring consistency, governance, and visibility across our portfolio of projects, both within Calor and across our global parent company, SHV. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we deliver transformation, embedding strong governance and reporting processes that enable informed decision-making and successful delivery.

You’ll have oversight of around 45 projects per year, some of which involve working with our parent company SHV to govern the portfolio, giving this role a unique global aspect and exposure across many business areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and manage PMO processes, governance, and standards to support the Elevate transformation programme.
  • Oversee the portfolio of c.45 projects, ensuring consistent reporting, governance, and documentation.
  • Provide visibility and insight into project performance through McKinsey Wave, our portfolio management platform, tracking milestones, delivery dates, KPIs, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with PRINCE2 methodology and Calor’s project management standards.
  • Champion standardisation across the business, ensuring all projects are well-documented with clear governance and accountability.
  • Produce regular reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders across Calor and SHV.
  • Support project managers with guidance and coaching on best practices and governance expectations.
  • Work collaboratively across all business areas (excluding Engineering, which operates its own project framework) to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

About You

  • Proven experience in a PMO or project governance role, ideally supporting multiple projects or programmes.
  • Strong understanding of project and programme management frameworks PRINCE2 essential; Agile and MSP experience advantageous.
  • Skilled in project reporting, risk management, and documentation control.
  • Proficient in using project management systems and tools (experience with McKinsey Wave would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while building strong relationships across teams.

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Why Join Us

You’ll be at the centre of Calor’s transformation journey, helping to shape how we deliver change across our business. This is a hands-on, impactful role where your work directly supports strategic projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.

We offer hybrid working (with at least two days per week at our Warwick head office), a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional growth within a global organisation.

What We Can Offer You

  • Company car or cash allowance.
  • Company and performance related bonus scheme.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • 25 days’ annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Life Assurance (4x salary).
  • Matched pension contributions (starting at 4.5%, rising to 7.5% after 2 years).
  • Retail discounts and more.
