We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive team player to join our site in Elland.
Key Responsibilities

 - Process orders, refunds, and cylinder refill agreements efficiently.
 - Maintain accurate inventory control, including physical stock counts and system updates.
 - Raise and receipt purchase orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
 - Review daily aborts, cancellations, and fill returns.
 - Assist drivers with run reviews, loading sheets, manifests, and Telematics tracking.
 - Support yard operations — loading/unloading vehicles, reconciling loads, and maintaining a safe, organised space.
 - Conduct driver debriefs and ensure accurate updates to master data.
 - Provide professional and friendly service via phone and email.
 - Maintain general housekeeping and a positive working environment.
