At Calor, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers—and we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Metered Supply team in Warwick.

What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
You’ll:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Take ownership of customer queries, seeing them through to resolution
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Deliver accurate administration and maintain customer records
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and proactive in their approach.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (sales ledger experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and a passion for helping customers
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
