What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering growth and retention across a portfolio of network partners and retailers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing strong relationships with partners and retailers across your territory.
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Creating and implementing business plans that improve commercial performance.
  • Negotiating agreements, renewals, and commercial opportunities that deliver mutual value.
  • Delivering retention strategies to maintain a high-performing and engaged network.
  • Using CRM systems and data insights to manage sales activity and maximise opportunities.
  • Managing an active sales pipeline and delivering against growth targets.
  • Supporting the implementation of pricing and commercial initiatives.
  • Driving data-led sales campaigns and business development activities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Commercial, Operations, and Asset Management teams to enhance performance and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a business development, field sales, account management, or commercial role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C customers.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing a territory.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
